YOGA, a unity practice

Using the mind, the body, and the spirit, yoga is a practice of awareness where individuals, of any age, have the opportunity to experience a deep connection to themselves and the world around them.

Though a variety of physical poses, intentional breathing, and mindful meditation, yoga aims to integrate the mind, body, and spirit through personal inquiry and exploration. It is a wonderful way to understand who you are, and how you choose to show up in your yoga practice and in your daily life. One of our most powerful and recommended tools, yoga, is used an an avenue to practice mindfulness with significant mental, emotional, and physical benefits.

CREATIVE ACTIVITY, a shared educational experience

Engaging in shared activity creates a common bond from which its participants grow together and develop as individuals.  Whether you create a piece of artwork, engage in a team building activity, complete a service project, or play a game, shared experiences are essential for complete mind and body development and play a key role in connecting us to each other and the world around us.  The greatest gift between people is a shared experience.
